MACHINED CONCRETE: Concrete produced in modern concrete batching plants, with technical development before the current standards of dosage, production, delivery and quality control. Composed of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, binders, additives and water, where the dosage is performed in a rigorous process of control, technical monitoring and records in order to ensure quality, performance and safety to works, provided with the class of compressive strength as requested by the structural project of each work.
Providing the following advantages:
Increased quality monitoring;
Promotes greater speed of construction;
Test reports;
Strict observance of current regulations.
CONVENTIONAL CONCRETE: Produced in a concrete batching plant, mixed and delivered by concrete mixer trucks, in which its application is carried out directly on site or by wheelbarrows.
PUMPED CONCRETE: Produced in a similar way to conventional concrete, with the differential of fluidity, so that it allows its application through pumping. In this way the pumped concrete is mixed and transported by truck mixer, but its application is performed by pumping, with the aid of truck pump, and can be performed with stationary pump or boom pump.
SPECIAL CONCRETES: Concretes with particular characteristics resulting from technological evolution, to meet the needs of the works, with the purpose of being applied in conditions in which conventional concrete cannot be applied, with the possibility of development according to the needs of the client and the work.
Fluid Concrete;
Concrete for industrial floors (Polished Floor);
Self-compacting concrete;
Concrete for Rigid Pavement;
High initial strength concrete.
